This is Testosterone with the same Ester attached to it as NPP - Phenylpropionate. With normal Propionate its best to inject it everyday, as sometimes when injecting every other day you can feel low on hormone and crashy on the non injection day in between, this Phenylpropionate gets round that problem. It means due to its half life, that you can inject it every other day and cut down on injection frequency which many will undoubtedly prefer. You get the best of both worlds therefore, the punchiness of Propionate and the more practical approach of Enanthate all rolled into one compound. It means also that if you like to run NPP then it can be mixed in the same barrel and both compounds will run the same hormone levels as each other at similar times if the dosage is the same. Often the PIP is not as bad as with Prop if you are one of those people who is sensitive to it. It also means the user will hold less water than with the Enanthate version which is why many users like Propionate in the first place nearing shows and competitions.
