Twice weekly injections of 1ml worked an absolute treat for me. Didn't get any of the really nasty Tren sides as the dose is spot on, enough to see good results but not enough to send you crazy. Mast and Test do what they do and do it well. cant decide which I prefer the long cut or short cut
